ABOUT MEGAN
If you're looking for down-to-earth spiritual practices that work like magic, you're in the right place.

Integrating different styles of yoga and meditation is my passion. I teach simple, yet very effective practices that help bring you into a state of peace and calm. The intention of each class is to get you naturally lifted by elevating mood and awareness through breath, movement and meditation techniques. These shift your energy and leave you more connected, peaceful, balanced and happy.

Absolutely no prior experience with meditation or yoga is necessary. I would be honored to lead you through your first experience. You don't have to be flexible either!
